My Current Favourite Face Masks

Being on lockdown has definitely given me more time, and one of the things that I focussing on during this time is my skincare, particularly my skin pampering. I love a good face mask - I pretty much collect them to be honest. I have more face masks than I do face wash, toner, makeup remover, eye cream, and face moisturiser combined, and that's saying something.

Here are a few of my current favourites, ones that I have been gravitating towards recently.

The Pink Salt & Cucumber Extract Clay Face Mask from Woolworths is my most recently purchased mask and it is probably my favourite. It retails for R89.99 and is available online. It contains minerals that help soak up oils and impurities to leave your skin feeling cleansed and refreshed. Here are a few more benefits of this mask.

Hey Gorgeous Matcha & Manuka Face Mask

The Hey Gorgeous Matcha & Manuka face mask retails for R250 and it is available online. This amazing face mask is made with Coconut oil, Matcha Green Tea, Manuka Honey, Chamomile and Lavender to nourish, heal and hydrate the skin.

This is how it works:

Coconut oil is very beneficial to the skin. It nourishes, heals and hydrates. Manuka Honey is a natural antimicrobial, the power of honey to stimulate wound healing and promote healthy skin. It works as a humectant, drawing moisture into the skin, and the unique properties of Active Manuka Honey make it one of the most biologically active and beneficial honeys for the skin. It's perfect to enhance your skin's renewal process. Matcha Green Tea is rich in anti-oxidants and works effective to fight free radicals responsible for skin cell damage and ageing skin.

Are you worried about the coconut oil being to heavy for your skin, Hey Gorgeous have formulated 2 versions to suit all skin types. The second version containing Aloe theraputic gel, Matcha Green Tea, Manuka Honey, Chamomile and Lavender.
